To receive an additional discount on the purchase price of a device, or to receive low-cost internet service through Human-I-T, users must provide documentation proving their participation in an approved government assistance program such as SNAP, SSI, or Section 8 Housing, or a yearly household income of 200% of the Federal poverty level.
