How do I pay my bill?

Paying your bill for your internet plan is easy.

  • Go to and click on the green icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen that says “Sign In”.
  • Enter the email address and password associated with your Human-I-T Account.
  • After signing in, look to the top right corner of your screen and click on the green icon of a person next to the word “Account”.
  • Once you’re on your Account screen, click the button on the left-hand side of the screen that says “Manage Subscription”.
  • If you have an outstanding bill, you’ll be able to enter your payment information on this page and renew your internet service for a duration of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.

How do I get a bigger discount on my purchase?

To get an even bigger discount on our devices, all you need to do is create a Human-I-T Member account. During the account creation process, just remember to upload proof of your annual income or that you're part of a government program, and within five business days you’ll what back from our team about whether or not you’re eligible to become a Human-I-T Member. If you’re eligible to become a Human-I-T Member, not only will you get exclusive discounts on your purchases, but you’ll also be able to access low-cost internet plans and ACP benefits.

I need a new hotspot. How do I go about that?

If your current hotspot from Human-I-T  is not working correctly, please refer to our Warranty page or our Returns page for more information on how to proceed with receiving a properly functioning device.

If, however, you’re looking to simply buy a new hotspot, you’re in luck! We've got Franklin T10 hotspots available. After a one-time payment of $80, you can enjoy monthly prepaid internet service starting at just $14.99 per month. Just head over to to get yours!

How do I submit proof of eligibility to become a Human-I-T Member?

We've got you covered with a few options here. You can submit your proof of eligibility online when you're setting up your Human-I-T Membership, over the phone, by email at, or even in person at our store on 7 Mile Road in Detroit. How do I check if I've been approved?

While you’re waiting for approval, you can check your status by going to your Human-I-T profile. Once you've submitted your documentation and it's been approved by one of our Human-I-T agents, your account type will change to a “Member”. This means you're all set to enjoy our Member-exclusive discounts!

Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)

How do I get cheap internet after the ACP ends?

Unfortunately, the ACP ended on May 1, 2024. Luckily, people who relied on ACP benefits are automatically eligible to receive internet through Human-I-T's Gold Membership for just $14.99 per month. Returns and Repairs

How do I return my item?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department by emailing with the word “RETURN” in your subject line. We'll provide you with instructions on how to return your device, along with a prepaid return label. Please make sure to include all original packaging and accessories when returning your device.

Please note that you must initiate a return within 60 days from when you placed your order to receive a refund. The device must be verified to be working and in good condition to receive a full refund. If the device is damaged, Human-I-T reserves the right to offer you a partial refund based on the condition of the device. For more information on our return policy, please visit

Do you repair laptops, tablets, etc?

We can! While computer purchase comes with a whole year of free tech support, this does not always include free repairs. If you need help overcoming a simple technical issue, just text us at 888-391-7249 or fill out a tech support request form on our website. We're here to help.
