Our 1-Year Hardware Warranty
Our 1-Year Hardware Warranty covers any hardware defects that may cause your device to fail within a year of when your item ships. If your device shows any signs of malfunction due to a hardware defect, you will receive a replacement of the same model or one with similar or better performance.
What is Covered?
- Technical defects
- Faults caused by improper workmanship or materials
What is not covered?
This warranty does not cover any damages due to:
- Accidents or misuse
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Normal wear and tear or external causes such as other actions beyond our reasonable control
How to Make a Claim
If your device shows any signs of malfunction, contact our team at email@example.com with the word “WARRANTY” in your subject line. In your email, please include your order number to start your warranty claim. Once we receive the device, our team will either repair the device or send you a replacement that is fully functional.
60-Day Return Policy
In addition to our 1-Year Hardware Warranty, we also offer a 60-Day Return Policy. You have 60 days from the date the order is placed to return the device in order to receive a refund. The device must be verified to be working and in good condition to receive a full refund. If the device is damaged, Human-I-T reserves the right to offer you a partial refund based on the condition of the device.
To initiate a return, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we’ll send instructions on how to return your device, along with a prepaid return label.
