    I'm happy with how quickly it got here. The laptop was awesome. Great for school. However, the connectivity was unreliable. It disconnects a few times in a while.

    I'm very happy with both the process of ordering and using the Chromebook and Franklin 10 Hotspot. The Hotspot came with clear English instructions on its set up and use. For the Chromebook, once I plugged it in and charged it, the onscreen instructions guided me through getting online and using it. Finally,,I want to say how grateful I am to Human I-t for providing this service. I have absolutely no regrets on my purchase. Many thanks!

    The internet speed isn't what I was hoping for under 10 Mbps. Was hoping since the coverage map showed I had service it would be better.
