What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days from the date your order is placed to return the device for a complete refund. The device must be working and in good condition to receive a full refund.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please:

- We'll provide instructions and a prepaid return label
- If possible, return the device in its original packaging (especially for Franklin T10 hotspots)
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method for the original purchase price. Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement.
What should I do before returning a device?
Before returning your device:
- Remove all personal accounts from the device
- For Apple devices, remove your iCloud account (Settings > Reset > Erase all contents and settings)
- If you've already shipped the device, you can remove your iCloud account from icloud.com > sign in > Remove Device

The first day the internet connection was good, but after a few day it got disconnect for a few seconds then fired back up. It might have happens on account of discontinues with prior services. Let's wait until the end of this month to see how the connection work.
