What are the eligibility requirements for Gold Membership?

To qualify for Gold Membership, you must either:

  • Be enrolled in a government assistance program (such as SNAP, Medicaid, WIC, etc.)
  • Have a household income below 200% of the federal poverty level

What counts as proof of eligibility?

For government assistance programs, we accept official documentation such as:

  • Federal or tribal notice letters of participation in General Assistance
  • Medicaid/Medi-Cal documentation
  • SNAP/EBT documentation
  • WIC documentation

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please:

  • Contact our customer service department by emailing support@human-i-t.org with "RETURN" in your subject line
  • We'll provide instructions and a prepaid return label
  • If possible, return the device in its original packaging (especially for Franklin T10 hotspots)

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method for the original purchase price. Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement.

What should I do before returning a device?

Before returning your device:

  • Remove all personal accounts from the device
  • For Apple devices, remove your iCloud account (Settings > Reset > Erase all contents and settings)
  • If you've already shipped the device, you can remove your iCloud account from icloud.com > sign in > Remove Device
