It doesn't allow my devices to connect properly to the WiFi itself. I went through the product instructions to troubleshoot the issue. Nothing worked, my devices just do not connect fully online to this WiFi device. I'm disappointed

Hospot Broken, No Customer Service Response
I received a Hotspot that won't connect to the internet (it constantly drops signal from full to none once per second), the charger also gives a warning that the device charges slowly. When I attempted to contact customer service via email, I received zero response, it has now been a week since I sent the email, still no response.

I got the device this last Saturday,charged it,turned it on did what the directions said.The device is working I think but my phone and tablet still aren't getting wifi.I thought maybe I needed to get some time so I paid for 3 months, that's a lot of money for me.It didn't work,so I went through the menu.It says it's on and has 2 devices connected to it,my devices.My devices say they're connected to it but there's no wifi.I'll try calling, that's all that's left to do.I'm sure it will work out.Everything else has been fine.
