Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work. It connects as in it gets bars, devices can connect to it, BUT there is no downstream at all. Tried everything, reconfigure, hard shutdown, hard reset, etc. Even tried to ask the AI. Only thing I can think is the in-house techs at Human-I-T never initialized the SIM card or didn’t get the data setup right. In the midst of researching found T-mobile hates non-profits and actively tries to stop the service. And I pay Human-I-T, not T-Mobile, so it’s Human-I-T that is suppose to be my contact to re-initialize the SIM card. I have filed a tech form, but never received a confirmation. So for now it just a paperweight I’m paying a monthly cellular payment on. Hopefully the techs will fix it.

MIFI
I received the old instructions from what I was told, because I kept looking for a new SIM card which was never given to me. When I called customer service they said it was the old information in my package so that wasted my time looking for a SIM card that was never there. I say average because the WiFi connection goes in and out of the TV. I have not tried it outside the home yet.

Inseego MiFi m2000 Hotspot
Love Love Hit organization, and everything they are doing for the people. The Inseego hotspot is thicker than my A15 galaxy, and buying down too quickly. My t10 lasted hours, and I was mad it was made obsolete. T10 from Hit is still working! Inseego is supposed to last 11 hours, but just 10 minutes turned on it was down 10%. At that rate would only work for 1 hour. It’s better than nothing, but not performing like all my other Hit purchases . I have never had problems with Hit technology.

Love Love the Hit organization you are the best thing for the community EVER!! The Inseego hotspot is burning down too quickly, but is a short term LifeSaver. It’s thicker than my phone I was surprised to see this. It’s Supposed to last 11 hours, but does not last like my franklin hotspot. Very disappointed that my Franklin was made obsolete.

HATE IT! I hate the fact that you cannot plug the unit into the wall without having the battery in it. When the battery runs out, you don't know it,
because you forget to check it and then while you're doing important work like I was doing today with the FEC, it shuts off right in the middle because it needs to be recharged again. It is a horrible design. I liked the other one better, because you could keep it plugged in with the battery out of it. When I took it on the road, I could just put the battery into the unit and take it with me. it never shut off at home, as long as it was plugged in. But because the unit does not allow you to leave it plugged in when the battery is in, it shuts off at of course at the worst possible times, Please send me a different type of unit or start using the old one again. It also does not have as good a reception as the old unit did. It does look better though so when I first saw it I thought it would be better but actually it is much worse! -

It doesn't allow my devices to connect properly to the WiFi itself. I went through the product instructions to troubleshoot the issue. Nothing worked, my devices just do not connect fully online to this WiFi device. I'm disappointed

Hospot Broken, No Customer Service Response
I received a Hotspot that won't connect to the internet (it constantly drops signal from full to none once per second), the charger also gives a warning that the device charges slowly. When I attempted to contact customer service via email, I received zero response, it has now been a week since I sent the email, still no response.
