Renew internet
After communicating my issue, it was solved in real-time, very fast. I'm completely satisfied with the contentious service response I received.

Well only 3 stars because half the time I don't get service. It's very spotty sometimes I get it sometimes I don't it's annoying is all get out

Wifi portable thingy
I like it's small, light weight can take it with me. Easily can be hidden. Not liking it sometimes loses connection. Why I minus one star. I then have to restart it. By shutting it down.

You get what you pay for
My issues with basic Internet service were never resolved after I moved back in April of 2025. It is now August 2025. I was given the runaround about towers, hot spot chips and did about 100 speed tests to no avail. I am now with Spectrum and everything is as it should be. I'm paying more but I'm frustration free and that's worth my sanity!

I considered, "What other arrangements do I need to make for the utility bill payments
and banking access?"
First, I tried ordering a new Franklin T10 Mobile Hotspot with $14.99 Internet.
IT worked !
I relaxed and ate some chocolate to boost dopamine.

We learned to get important things like our Information Highway access
updated before IT runs out. One week is like, just in time. If the wrong part arrived,
SNAFU, again! So, two months is better, then ITs no big deal, just do IT over.
