Can’t get anyone to email or call me about a issue I had
I used to be able to get a email or a call from a human in customer service but I’ve emailed them 7-8 times and nothing so seems like they definitely have a issue in the department, if they could be better about that I’d give 5 stars for the internet service

Terrible customer service
I have reached out through email and I have reached out through Phone and I have yet to receive a call back. My Wi-Fi is currently not working. I paid in full my monthly payment. I don’t understand why customer service takes weeks to return call back.

Internet Franklin
Happy with one of the two Franklin's I have purchased.I have a problem with one turning off on me. I get turned off about 3 to 6 times a day this started after I put a new Sim card in because there was a updated Sim needed for service to work. The other newer Franklin's is much better. I am happy ih humanIT and they have good support if I need, I appreciate my service and the products they provide. Because of this program I can afford internet. Thank you all Heather Beath Alvarez

Modem Battery Replacements …
I’ve been a satisfied HumanIT customer for years now and, if not for modem-type, I’d rate a “5”. You see, within T-Mobile’s modem, the battery ‘swells’ every 3-6 months so I always have to keep a spare [battery] on hand.
Perhaps this T-Mobile’s product is defective(?) because I never had to replace batteries on whatever previous modem HumanIT had supplied.
Most importantly though, I found HumanIT to be among the best of internet providers; much appreciate! -
hot spot device and service
been here a year. prompt delivery, easy setup (I'm 62) no problems with service, easy to pay bill. all in all I would recommend highly if you needed a little help that you can depend on H &I does not disappoint.'

speeds
Sometimes it is great... sometimes I often go from 2-3mbps to .11 mbps. That is half the time the rest of the time it is up and down all the time
