Frankie is Upgraded!!
I Cannot say Enuf about the 7 Mile HUMAN-I-T Team! My modem, ( Frankie!), was having an issue, it kept giving Me a No Network Signal! A few days later, I got a msg saying My device needs a new sim card! I tried going online but, wasn't able to work it out, so, I called Human-I-T, on 7 Mile & of course, I was told, No Problem, I can take care of that for You! I went in the next day & in 5 minutes or less, Frankie was back online & Good as New! Shout out to Human-I-T on 7 Mile! I'm gonna b n touch about your next Event!

Average speed for Alaska
The speed was very average, even within Anchorage, Alaska. I did get the SIM "upgrade" but it never got activated even with email response.

Reliability
I've been just about everywhere with this Franklin T10 hotspot .This hotspot has been very reliable overall. The connection stays stable and handles everyday use like streaming and browsing without issues, as long as the signal is good. It’s dependable when I need it.
