Love that i can take it anywhere with me, i have no issues at all.

Convenient for the most part
Having the hotspot is convenient, but the battery discharges very quickly. It also just stops working a few times a week and I have to reconfigurethe Wi-Fi connections on my items. Connected items say "connected without internet" on a daily basis, so I have to wait for it to start working again. Certainly better than nothing, but not extremely reliable. It may just be the one I received though, I don't know.

It’s an average device service is okay. Been with this company for over 7 years and services hasn’t changed. Some days it buffers a lot other days it works perfectly fine, but for $15 a month I don’t call and complain. They could offer better warranties on the devices but you get what you get I have had my current device which I have replaced 3 times in 7/8 years and the lcd screen barely works anymore but I can’t afford to buy a new device like they make you do

This is by far the best unlimited internet you can get for $15 a month. Plus, it's modular and can be carried anywhere.
