I thought I signed up for automatic payments- now I get a message my subscription is expired

Customer service was polite and helpful. Took a week after paying bill for service to get turned back on. Would be nice be credited for the week. Happy with service either way thnx

Thank you, and everyone at Human-I-T for reviving my Internet connection and helping me through the unnecessarily difficult process of SIM Card replacement.
I request that Human-I-T provide me detailed and technical explanations as to why, and who decided it was necessary to replace my Franklin T-10 SIM Card?
My Internet was plenty fast enough as IT was.
I needed to make other arrangements before the deadline arrived. I lost a lot of sleep and my peace of mind, because this SIM Card replacement needed to be done in a such a hurry on a deadline and without proper management.
There was not timely and proper automatic mail service of my replacement SIM card, I had to call and ask for it to be sent out. I had to call time and time again for advisement, that was not sufficient to the task.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
IT needs more Human!
Old Timer on a pauper’s pension, has only a landline and same number 35 years. I keep it unplugged to thwart nuisance calls. I have no tablet or smartphone

It's been almost 3 years!
I have had cause to reflect, every DAY, upon the POSITIVE/PERMANENT, IMPACT Frankie (My MODEM!), has had in My LIFE! I no longer have to stand (in Cold Rain Snow!), for a Bus to get Me to a Library, to pay bills, research products, Enjoy movies, Home Improvement shows & check on Purchases, Deliveries & So Much More! I get to spend time relaxing @ Home, instead of on the Bus for hours trying to Access the INTERNET! MAY THE CREATOR CONTINUE TO BLESS PEOPLE (ESPECIALLY Human-i-t!) who SHOW their Concern & Compassion for those of us who ARE Less Fortunate & More Vulnerable, making US less likely to even Know About Such a program Tthat AWESOME!
