    Customer service is the best, bar none. This little device is the handiest way to have Internet. I have it wherever I go. I don't have to sign up on public Wi-Fi anywhere. It's super affordable. ❤️

    Great high-speed internet with a jextream modem. I regularly get 100-150 Mbps, sometimes up to 250 Mbps.

    The interface of the web portal is fairly difficult to navigate, for logging in. Difficult to find the login account tab.

    I always seem to struggle with the renewal process. Thought I had set up several months ago, Apparently not, service was discontinued. Paid, again and no internet for several days - email several times - restarted on your end
