Oh man, where do I begin? Ok, about 1½ years ago, a friend told me about a place called Human-I-T for low cost internet service. When she told me what it cost, pffft, I'll admit I had some doubts. After a few days I decided why not call & find out the details? From that first phone call until now, my wifi service & the help received from staff nas been honestly far beyond my expectations!
As a senior citizen living on my Social Security, my options for internet were basically nonexistent! Human-I-T has made it possible! Even with a few minor glitches (my lack of computer skills mostly) I've had unlimited access to the web! When I've had problems, help has virtually been a phone call or email away! I'm so happy I made that first call!
Would I recommend Human-I-T? Fact is I have & will continue every chance I get to let eligible people I know there is no reason to pay big money for home internet service. Is really kinda sad I'm unable to rate the staff & service more than 5star rating!

the service is amazing ive had internet with HumanIT for 5 years the only thing that could be improved is customer service needs to be available on the weekends. 1 remote customer service rep would do big things for your company

I laid my Internet on Thursday and it stopped working on Friday till Wednesday I had it back on the first representative that helped me on Friday did a horrible job saying it wasn’t fault for using s much internet on Wednesday I decided to call and have another try at why it wasn’t working and she helped me saying it was in there end

As always the service received was excellent! Keep on keeping on. :)

I do appreciate the internet service I receive from Human it because I received the service at a time when prices from other carriers were less competitive. Sometimes I wonder if the service could be less draggy.

My internet stopped working and still doesn’t work now….

Since I had moved from 9121 Peck Avenue Unit 227c Anchorage, AK. 99504, to 519 E. 22nd Avenue apt. 2 Anchorage, AK. 99503. I had noticed my internet has been slow or even sometimes takes forever to pull up something, which was not like this before. So yes, am not happy with whatever is going on.
