Systems Update
I purchased a 3 month internet subscription renewal and the next afternoon get an email saying I need to give my shipping address to get a new SIM because they are upgrading g everyone’s internet SIM cards. I don’t know why when I went to make the purchase the system didn’t give me a notification, or at least alert me so I wasn’t losing days (weeks) of service while I waited for the SIM card, because the internet didn’t work when I topped it off. Anyway we will see what happens I don’t have the new sim yet, but I do need internet immediately. I hope there aren’t any unforeseen unecesaary charges because than I will be screwed for another week, cause I don’t have a dollar to my name. Maybe they will resolve this sooner than later. Usually their customer service is great.

I'm not certain why? but I usually add 3 months service time to my accounts and when doing the renewal this time it would only allow me to add 1 month of service @ $14.99

Internet service
Can’t beat the price for the quality of internet provided by Human IT. I have run three peripherals at a time with no lag/delay. Happy to have found them. Also friendly customer service.

Customer Service
People in customer service needs to pay attention. I changed my address and updated all online. I purchased my internet for the month but couldn’t stream so I called customer support. I was told I needed a new SIM card. The support worker stated that I will get a new one in the mail. I checked my email and noticed my zip code was wrong. I immediately called customer support back to get this corrected and I was told by the new worker that it would be correct and I would get a new email regarding the new charge I never did. I then called today to see how long it would take and I was told it would be delivered on Monday except I want get it because they have the wrong zip code on the delivery. So I will be waiting an entire month to enjoy internet because customer service is shitty and no one pays attention they don’t follow up with you to help you feel like they hear what you are saying. I don’t think they understand what they are talking about when you speak to most of them. I just feel unsure when speaking to the workers.
