Not sure if I'm reviewing the wifi or the router
This may work for others closer to a tower but not sure. It was constantly dropping service and I was barely able to use it.

Ordered hotspot.
The Hotspot works ok, although it seems fairly weak as far as signal strength goes. The issue is had was with ordering. While it should have sent the day order was confirmed, it didn't go out until I inquired about it almost a week later. Which it was sent the same day as Switzerdave101@outlook.com, so someone dropped the ball there, costing me an additional $66 i had not planned for. Other than that im happy with the device just wished signal was stronger.

I really appreciate Human-I-T making internet affordable for people who need it. So far, the hotspot works great—not fiber speeds, but much faster than my phone’s hotspot, with more data available for my needs. Everyone was honest, helpful, and communicative. My only disappointment was delivery: I was told within a week, and it took longer. They kept me informed throughout, which I appreciated. Four stars for a great service with room to improve delivery estimates.
