Wi Fi Service
Human-I-T wi fi service is almost always very good. As with most wi fi bad weather affects the signal. renewing service online is sometimes a little tricky but it is usable. The price and general service is the best and I can afford it. THANK YOU!

I do like the Hotspot box, the only problem that I have is that being In Alaska, it sometimes disconnects or is thinking a lot. And that disrupts a lot of things that I am doing on the laptop. (Important things). In the beginning, the hotspot box was showing LTE, but afterwords it started showing like 3 bars. Mot connecting correctly. And it started happening more often. So if your sort of far from a tower, better to find something with 5G, and unlimited data.

the only thing i do not like is that before you have 6 month options and now the maximum is 3 month .
