Great customer service and internet service

TMoblie Hotspot Box
I do like the Hotspot box, the only problem that I have is that being In Alaska, it sometimes disconnects or is thinking a lot. And that disrupts a lot of things that I am doing on the laptop. (Important things). In the beginning, the hotspot box was showing LTE, but afterwords it started showing like 3 bars. Mot connecting correctly. And it started happening more often. So if your sort of far from a tower, better to find something with 5G, and unlimited data.

I don't have any internet service after renewal.
I'm not sure why, yet I don't have any internet connectivity whatsoever; I truly like being a customer of Human-I-T... I hope there's something that can resolve this issue. Thank you.
