Franklin T10 5610 hot spot connection
I live out in the county side. Due to this fact, there is little in what's offer for Internet or Wi-Fi. For years (since 2018) I had to go into town (11 miles one way) to use the library Internet. Not only time limit on use. But, not open all days of week.
I spent many hours and lots of money trying to get Wi-Fi or Internet service. NOTHING WORKED!
I tried the Franklin T10 your company offered. IT'S Working and I have become spoiled compared to what I had to do before.
Needless to say I'm totally happy with how things are working!

Love the Hotspot
I have been camping, on the road and at home and this hot spot is the best and I couldn’t do any of it if it wasn’t such s great price. Recommend to anyone.

Upsetting
It's upsetting that you don't get exactly what you pay for. It took over a week to receive my new SIM card. However my new start date on the SIM card was right whenever I purchased it. Not whenever I received it and put it in my hotspot. Therefore it is not advertise correctly and should be fixed.

Helpfulness
I struggle to log into the website and find the correct portal to use to be able to use online bill pay. So I speak with staff instead. Everyone that has ever helped me when they answered the phone has always been knowledgeable. I enjoy the conversations and glad iam able to speak to such friendly staff.
