Customer Service
People in customer service needs to pay attention. I changed my address and updated all online. I purchased my internet for the month but couldn’t stream so I called customer support. I was told I needed a new SIM card. The support worker stated that I will get a new one in the mail. I checked my email and noticed my zip code was wrong. I immediately called customer support back to get this corrected and I was told by the new worker that it would be correct and I would get a new email regarding the new charge I never did. I then called today to see how long it would take and I was told it would be delivered on Monday except I want get it because they have the wrong zip code on the delivery. So I will be waiting an entire month to enjoy internet because customer service is shitty and no one pays attention they don’t follow up with you to help you feel like they hear what you are saying. I don’t think they understand what they are talking about when you speak to most of them. I just feel unsure when speaking to the workers.

I'm Always Ready w Accolades!
As soon as I pay My bill Every month, I shout out Human+I+t!.But a week or so later I get this type of email asking for My Opinion! This makes Me feel as tho I'm not Really Heard! I give Lengthy, detailed, Positive reviews, only to be asked for a do+over a week later! That makes Me feel, unappreciated... Just Sayin...
