    Internet needs to be faster. we have issues that it stops working for a while and then it comes back on.

    my service sucks...I have to restart my device multiple times a day. Tech support tries to help and they are wonderful...but still have the issue since i purchased this device.

    My SIM card failed, of course in the middle of a meeting. When I called the young man assured me that a new sim would fix it and that he would nail it as soon as possible. He called me the next day too inform me that he had mailed it. Very NICE
    When I installed it, it did not work immediately so I called support and they were very nice and helpful!

    Thank y'all for keeping IT real.
    I use a USB-A to USB-C 3.0 Cable, Type C, Charging and Data Transfer cable that may prevent Wi-Fi snooping and or wi-fi bandwidth piggybacking. No data limit yet, and up to 10 MB/s download speed on my Linux white box.
