I've lost count how many times I've had to call because the hotspot disconnects and stops working. at least 6x yesterday alone.

Customer service is not effective
I have asked many times, when do I get charged if I choose to renew, meaning when is my statement cycle? The day I pay or when the device is activated after receiving in the mail???no one provided a straight answer, I waited for over a month, had to asked again! They sounded confused about this simple question.
Previous years I ordered a refurbished laptop, the screen colors was completely bur, I had to return it and wasted valuable time. -

Text messages would be very helpful
Hello Human-i-t staff. I really appreciate the internet service and I am grateful for the monthly price. If I could ask for something I would ask that important information or requests by your company be sent not just thru email but also by text message. I ask this because I don’t check my emails daily because of the excess of them. I almost missed your email requesting that we submit IMEI information, etc so that your company can issue new SIM cards, or we will loose internet service last month. So if I could make a request, please send really important messages by text as well. Thank you for your service and the good work that your organization does for so many people.
