I love the service but it gets a little weak sometimes and I really don’t know what to say about it that I can’t be choosing because I have no money to pay these other ones they so expensive so I’m happy with what I got and thanks again for y’all service

Renewed Internet Subscription on October 18, 2025, one week ago today October 26, 2025, I still do not receive Internet service/access. Have sent email informing customer service rep. two day ago go for a refund and have yet to get a response. Prior to this experience service was great; representatives would respond to call and/or emails in a timely manner.
