Can anyone purchase from Human-I-T?
Yes! ANYONE can purchase laptops, computers, and tablets from our online store. However, only Gold Members are eligible for our high-speed internet plans and deeper discounted tech.
What are the eligibility requirements for Gold Membership?
To qualify for Gold Membership, you must either:
- Be enrolled in a government assistance program (such as SNAP, Medicaid, WIC, etc.)
- Have a household income below 200% of the federal poverty level
What counts as proof of eligibility?
For government assistance programs, we accept official documentation such as:
- Federal or tribal notice letters of participation in General Assistance
- Medicaid/Medi-Cal documentation
- SNAP/EBT documentation
- WIC documentation
- Social Security benefits (SSDI, SSR, SSI)
- Public housing assistance (Section 8)
- Lifeline
- And many other government programs
Note: Member or enrollment cards alone are not accepted. Please provide the notification letter or summary document confirming active enrollment. All documentation must be dated within the last 6 months.

What warranty comes with my purchase?
All devices come with a 1-Year Hardware Warranty. If your device fails within a year of purchase due to a hardware defect, you will receive a replacement of the same model or one with similar or better performance.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days from the date your order is placed to return the device for a complete refund. The device must be working and in good condition to receive a full refund.
What if my device is damaged when I want to return it?
If the device is damaged, Human-I-T reserves the right to offer you a partial refund based on the condition of the device.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please:
- Contact our customer service department by emailing support@human-i-t.org with "RETURN" in your subject line
- We'll provide instructions and a prepaid return label
- If possible, return the device in its original packaging (especially for Franklin T10 hotspots)
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method for the original purchase price. Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement.
What should I do before returning a device?
Before returning your device:
- Remove all personal accounts from the device
- For Apple devices, remove your iCloud account (Settings > Reset > Erase all contents and settings)
- If you've already shipped the device, you can remove your iCloud account from icloud.com > sign in > Remove Device
Note: Failing to remove personal accounts may result in delays in processing your return.

Rental Renewal Internet Subscription
This is, by far, THE BEST! mobile data plan you're going to find. Completely unlimited data (4g only. Which is probably why it's offered at such a discounted price). Service in practically any and all areas you can think of. Fast upload & download speeds. AMAZING PRICE.
The device itself is very portable and easy to setup and customize. Quite a selection of customizations and options to choose from. Device charges quickly and the battery lasts for quite a few hours, -
Internet Subscription
The customer service staff are ready to assist and answer any questions I've had about the product. The product itself is great, as long as the wi-fi needs of the house are minimal. We just have two of us in the house, the house is not that large (1300 sq ft), and neither of us download large files/do any online gaming. The main devices we have are three TVs running on streaming devices, a cell phone, and one desktop computer. We've managed to find a central location that allows us to use our devices wherever we are in the house. Once in a while, there are connection/streaming visual quality issues due to the signal being low, but these are easily remedied by moving the hot spot next to the device for a few minutes, then we return the device to the central location. The other matter to look out for is to ensure the device is properly charged so the service isn't interrupted, much like keeping tabs on your cell phone battery. Overall, it's not a bad product for the price, and as long as you don't need a lot of bandwidth when using any of devices needing internet, it's a good value.

Internet services truly amazing!
I just love your system. Have small that can fit in my hand and provide unlimited internet is best thing since sliced bread! I don’t have to have a bulky system in my house. I can use it when I go down to the pool. I can’t say enough about the unlimited internet I love it.
