I paid $14.99 for my hotspot, through the month of February. I'm all paid up for February. I hope. Till March 1 .

Aside from the reliable low-cost Internet service their customer service has always been top-notch always taking care of me, followed up and helped me above and beyond

I live out in the county side. Due to this fact, there is little in what's offer for Internet or Wi-Fi. For years (since 2018) I had to go into town (11 miles one way) to use the library Internet. Not only time limit on use. But, not open all days of week.
I spent many hours and lots of money trying to get Wi-Fi or Internet service. NOTHING WORKED!
I tried the Franklin T10 your company offered. IT'S Working and I have become spoiled compared to what I had to do before.
Needless to say I'm totally happy with how things are working!

It's upsetting that you don't get exactly what you pay for. It took over a week to receive my new SIM card. However my new start date on the SIM card was right whenever I purchased it. Not whenever I received it and put it in my hotspot. Therefore it is not advertise correctly and should be fixed.
