Customer service is not effective
I have asked many times, when do I get charged if I choose to renew, meaning when is my statement cycle? The day I pay or when the device is activated after receiving in the mail???no one provided a straight answer, I waited for over a month, had to asked again! They sounded confused about this simple question.
Previous years I ordered a refurbished laptop, the screen colors was completely bur, I had to return it and wasted valuable time.
