Text messages would be very helpful
Hello Human-i-t staff. I really appreciate the internet service and I am grateful for the monthly price. If I could ask for something I would ask that important information or requests by your company be sent not just thru email but also by text message. I ask this because I don’t check my emails daily because of the excess of them. I almost missed your email requesting that we submit IMEI information, etc so that your company can issue new SIM cards, or we will loose internet service last month. So if I could make a request, please send really important messages by text as well. Thank you for your service and the good work that your organization does for so many people. It's hard to believe it's been nearly 2 years! I promise you, My Life has been Exponentially Enriched by this Wonderful, Magical, Connectable Device I call Frankie! I've been telling folks about Human -i-t, and Frankie but they seem to think it's too good to be true! I don't understand but I'm determined to share this Wonderful Experience with, Someone!

I love the service but it gets a little weak sometimes and I really don’t know what to say about it that I can’t be choosing because I have no money to pay these other ones they so expensive so I’m happy with what I got and thanks again for y’all service
