    I’m just confused. When I renewed, it was not clear that I wouldn’t immediately have service restored. When I inquired, I was told I need a new SIM card. I don’t understand why or if that happens at every renewal? I was told I needed to confirm shipping address. I did immediately. Then I got another request to confirm shipping address. I did. Immediately. A few more days and I see a shipping notice. I’m still waiting for my new SIM card. I homeschool and it’s pretty limited with no internet. I just wish I had clearer communication so I can plan better. And I’m not getting at least a week of service. Is it like this every renewal?

    I’m used to access challenges as a low income earner, but I thought that was the whole point of this organization.

    I’ve had Internet with this company for several years now and have never had a problem. I love my Internet and the speed is great for such a great price.

    I i usually get a week's notice when my internet bill is due this time I did not and instead I got a message saying that it was switched from Auto to manual which I understand because I had a problem with my credit card and I got back to you and the girl said the two hot spots I had wereTo be paid on the same day which is not true because the one Hotspot kept working so you have a little problem there too one to notice is that you didn't give me dollars two when I called the girl was missing porn or misinformed me which she would miss before so that's it

    Buffers a lot and signal gets lost alot can’t really handle more than 3 devices connected
