I have been camping, on the road and at home and this hot spot is the best and I couldn’t do any of it if it wasn’t such s great price. Recommend to anyone.

It's upsetting that you don't get exactly what you pay for. It took over a week to receive my new SIM card. However my new start date on the SIM card was right whenever I purchased it. Not whenever I received it and put it in my hotspot. Therefore it is not advertise correctly and should be fixed.

I struggle to log into the website and find the correct portal to use to be able to use online bill pay. So I speak with staff instead. Everyone that has ever helped me when they answered the phone has always been knowledgeable. I enjoy the conversations and glad iam able to speak to such friendly staff.

What can I say?! As the World Shrinks & We all are.put in a position to either 'Sink or Swim'! Those of us with ACCESS to the Digital World are in a better position, to Survive & Thrive, in the 'Wake of the Inevitable'! Thanks be to HUMAN-I-T, for being a Catalyst for Folk (such as Me!), who would've surely fallen thru the cracks & been considered Collateral Damage! I tell Folk (that Care to Listen!) about HUMAN-I-T, as I travel, on Public Transportation, but I think, they don't believe! I tell them not to take My word, go see for Self! Is That Working?! Let Me Know!

I left Xfinity because they are really unethical. I am a full time student - all my classes are online. I just searched affordable internet, and I got the hotspot from T-mobile (but I still pay Human-i-t every month), I love the service, I’ve had it for months and it’s NEVER failed me. I liked it so much my roommate got a hotspot, as well. I am grateful Human-I-t exists because Xfinity has a monopoly on my area at the minute.
