my service sucks...I have to restart my device multiple times a day. Tech support tries to help and they are wonderful...but still have the issue since i purchased this device.

New SIM
My SIM card failed, of course in the middle of a meeting. When I called the young man assured me that a new sim would fix it and that he would nail it as soon as possible. He called me the next day too inform me that he had mailed it. Very NICE
When I installed it, it did not work immediately so I called support and they were very nice and helpful! -

low-cost Internet
Thank y'all for keeping IT real.
I use a USB-A to USB-C 3.0 Cable, Type C, Charging and Data Transfer cable that may prevent Wi-Fi snooping and or wi-fi bandwidth piggybacking. No data limit yet, and up to 10 MB/s download speed on my Linux white box. -

Disappointed
I purchased one month of internet in January. That same day I lost internet access. I later found out it was because I had an old SIM card. I didn’t have my internet again until almost a month later. I explained to customer service that I just paid for a month but couldn’t use it. I received an email a few days before the month was up. I had to buy more internet to avoid losing service again. I understand that it was almost a month since I last paid, but being that I was not able to use that internet I should have been credited. It took so long to get my internet back because no one responded to the multiple emails I sent. Normally I am very happy with Human IT and appreciate what they provide.
