Renewed subscription payment
Internet service is good, but I am disappointed with how a necessary change in my payment method was recently handled. My credit card used for recurring monthly payments was changed in March 2026; I informed Human-I-T of the change then, and requested that the recurring automatic monthly payment method be continued with the new credit card. I was assured that would be done, but my April automatic payment did not occur, resulting in my Internet contact service being interrupted unexpectedly at a crucial time. I did not receive any prior notice of when the payment was due, and ended up losing 24 hours of Internet connection while waiting for my subscription to be reestablished. When I provided my payment for April, I again asked that the recurring automatic monthly payment process be put in place so that I will not have to experience this issue again.
Please confirm that my recurring monthly subscription payment is operating, or at least notify me before each monthly payment is due. Thank you. -
RE: No problems and outstanding service
I normally are reluctant to call support centers due to the representatives being ill-in formed or not knowledgeable on services and processing procedures - but with Human-IT my past few experiences have made it obvious to me that I will receive great care and service. Thank you, Human-IT
