Renewal Internet Subscription

I can't believe it's been 2 years! But it has & now, I can't even imagine My life w/out My 'Frankie' Modem! I haven't had to go to the Library, to get on the Internet for 2 yrs, when I had to get on a bus & since the Pandemic, the Library has changed their Policies to where 1 cannot spend all the time I was able to before the Pandemic! All I know is I'm able to spend as little or as much time on the Internet or on My TV as I desire, w/out being worried that My Time will run out! In the privacy of My own Home, Human-I-T has given Me the Freedom to Scroll & Watch at amy Leisure! THANX SO MUCH!

I'll begin with all of the after hour's or messanging services receptionist have been great but...

Not having someone to contact for critical matters (i.e. activations, renewal, etc.) is definitely not what I would have expected from such a great organizaron. Again, in a better note, this un light of my service being extended somehow 1 week beyond my expiration of my prior subscription, then this? Thanks for hearing me out.

slow service good for 1 device and only if hotspot is right next to it and then speeds of about 1mbps

Reliable coverage with very little if any lags in internet speeds.

while I appreciate having service for slouch an amazing priceswrvice...... its only so so service...never 24/7 and rarely for more than certain sites... so it's not all that...but appreciate what I have for the curcumstances

Oh man, where do I begin? Ok, about 1½ years ago, a friend told me about a place called Human-I-T for low cost internet service. When she told me what it cost, pffft, I'll admit I had some doubts. After a few days I decided why not call & find out the details? From that first phone call until now, my wifi service & the help received from staff nas been honestly far beyond my expectations!
As a senior citizen living on my Social Security, my options for internet were basically nonexistent! Human-I-T has made it possible! Even with a few minor glitches (my lack of computer skills mostly) I've had unlimited access to the web! When I've had problems, help has virtually been a phone call or email away! I'm so happy I made that first call!
Would I recommend Human-I-T? Fact is I have & will continue every chance I get to let eligible people I know there is no reason to pay big money for home internet service. Is really kinda sad I'm unable to rate the staff & service more than 5star rating!
